Light Supports' Predecessor is Dongguan Formal Metal. Formal Metal Established in Year 2011, and it operates until now. Both Formal Metal and Light Supports Belong to LiFong Industrial Co. Ltd, which set up in the Year 2009. Dongguan Formal Metal engaged in Aluminum Die Casting, Aluminum Extrusion Process, CNC Machining, Sheet Metal Forming and Cold Stamping. With 4 years' growth, we have won more and more clients from the LED light industry, so in Year 2015, we set up this New Company "Light Supports" especially support our light customers, we supply them die casting LED housings, heat sinks, supporting frames and other metal fixtures. In year 2016, we started to help part of our light customers with the fully LED light assembly, also at that time, we started to develop our own LED light products. Meanwhile we continue to supply our light customers the light components. We are the very less LED light manufacturer who has fully self-supply metal components in China. For components: We mainly produce aluminum housings, heat sinks and supporting frames/holders for customers. Aluminum Housing, the most popular process is die casting, our advantage is we can make pure aluminum die casting, get better heat dissipation effect. What's more, anodized surface can be anodized into different color and better anti corrosion effect. Expect die casting, we are making aluminum extruded & machined housing, aluminum skived and machined housing, stamp & assembled housing to meet clients' different demands. Heat sinks: We can make designs according to customers' product dissipation request.
